Hey, there! I’m Bea Jones. My tea has been brewing for eight years spanning traditional marketing, digital campaigns, UX content, conversational design, and emerging AI experiences.

I started my career in global marketing strategy, crafting brand voice and messaging for LATAM digital campaigns, but somewhere between chatbot flows, personalization systems, metadata frameworks, and UX writing, I fell in love with designing how people interact with content itself.

Since then, I’ve worked across AI-assisted content systems, conversational UX, automation strategy, user research, SEO, and digital experience—translating complex ideas into experiences that feel intuitive, human, and engaging. From writing chatbot flows and auditing AI-generated outputs to shaping brand voices and interactive campaigns, I’m most inspired by the space where storytelling, systems, and user behavior meet.

For the past six years, I’ve worked remotely with teams across disciplines and time zones, but I’m absolutely open to relocating anywhere for the right opportunity, especially where AI, UX, and storytelling intersect. We all blend so much flavor into this industry, and I want to make the tea PIPING HOT!
